Os clearly has very little interest in politics – or is it just very little brain power to be interested?

Abie and Os are in the foretop, their favourite loafing place, with the Bosun trying to attract their attention. The Bosun is not very good at attracting anyone.

When the mail comes Os has to use his own kind of logic to overcome the fact that he never gets any.
Os is in the sickbay, under the weather and under the sawbones. I’m not sure which is worst. As usual, Able Seacat Emily is on hand to see him off, if it proves necessary.
Aboard ship it was (and is) not uncommon for the officers and crew to take part in amateur dramatics, to help stave off the potential boredom on a long cruise. Os is perhaps a little more enthusiastic than usual.
