Ooops!

This cartoon strip was first published in WARSHIPS International Fleet Review magazine in October 2012, but was repeated in error in February 2013.  To be fair, in the many years of AB&OS appearing in WIFR, this is the first time this has occurred.  The editor, Iain Ballantyne, always does an excellent job of keeping all his balls in the air – except this once.
