Seasickness is no joke for those of you who are selected by it, including Abie, apparently.  ‘To cast your all to Neptune’ is an expression used, that needs no explanation – I hope (if it does, please let me know by making a comment below).  Always remember to ‘cast your all’ to leeward, whatever the all is that you’re casting.
